Can I describe achievements without percentages or revenue figures?
Yes. Explain the problem, your action, the judgement involved and the deliverable. A reporting issue you resolved or a handover you improved can be useful evidence. Do not invent numbers or claim ownership you did not have.
Does the service include live interview coaching or recruitment?
