How do monthly allowances work?
Your allowance resets on each successful monthly renewal. Unused packs do not roll over. Each completed pack includes one consolidated correction for the same brief. Technical failures do not use your allowance. A new target role uses a new application or interview pack. Your master profile is included.
What does YY’s written review include?
Career Move Adviser includes one focused review of one pack or one career question, plus one consolidated follow-up. Submit the material and your question in the workspace. We aim to reply within 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Send the follow-up within 14 days of the response. Reviews requested during paid access will be completed even if you cancel. Calls, unlimited messaging and a personal review of every pack are not included.
How are the files prepared?
The digital packs use your supplied information and a structured, recruitment-informed process with automated preparation. You review the facts before use. Personal written review is included in the Adviser plan only.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel renewal in your workspace or billing portal at any time. You retain access until the end of the paid period. Saved work remains available to export afterwards. To choose a different plan, cancel the current plan and select the new one after it ends. Finding a role never automatically starts a different paid plan.
What stays useful after I start a new job?
Career Progress helps you record contributions while they are fresh and turn them into manager conversations and development actions. Every third paid month, your monthly pack becomes a performance, promotion or pay-review dossier.
Are these suitable internationally?
Provide the target country, role and local expectations in your brief. Files are written in English. Check local CV conventions and employer requirements. Negotiation and resignation materials are practical preparation, not employment-law, tax or immigration advice. No interview, offer or pay increase is guaranteed.
