POSITIONED provides personalised digital and advisory work. This policy explains how we handle cancellation, delivery problems and included revisions. It does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before preparation begins
If you need to cancel, contact hello@wearepositioned.com promptly with your order reference. We will check whether generation or substantive work has begun and explain the available resolution before proceeding. Preparation can begin shortly after payment and receipt of the required brief.
After personalised work is prepared
A change of mind alone does not normally qualify for a refund after the purchased personalised deliverable has been prepared and made available. This does not remove your rights where the service is faulty, materially different from the agreed scope or otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy.
Payment or delivery problems
If payment succeeds but access fails, contact us rather than paying again. We will check the transaction and attempt to restore access or regenerate the purchased file. If we cannot deliver the agreed service within a reasonable period, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Report suspected duplicate charges with the payment reference; do not email card details.
One included revision round
Positioning Rewrite ($14.99) and Executive Career Positioning ($54.99) each include one structured revision round. Send one consolidated request covering factual corrections and reasonable refinements to the included copy. Include your order reference, the relevant sections and the changes requested. Other packages include a revision only where their service description expressly says so.
New scope
A new target role, substantially different career brief, additional document set or new project objective may require another purchase or a separately agreed fee. We will explain the scope before undertaking additional paid work.
Scoped company engagements
For a separately quoted company engagement, the written proposal or agreement sets out its milestones, cancellation terms and included revision scope. The standard Hiring Blueprint purchase remains subject to this policy unless a different written agreement is made.
Monthly memberships
Cancel renewal in your career workspace or billing portal at any time. Access continues through the paid period; cancellation does not itself refund that period. Saved work remains exportable. Contact us if the paid service cannot be delivered as described so we can restore access or arrange an appropriate refund. Technical pack failures do not consume your allowance. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Email hello@wearepositioned.com with your order reference, service name and a short description of the issue. Tell us whether you need access restored, a correction, a revision or a refund review. We will explain the resolution and, where a refund is approved, the method and expected processing time.
