These terms apply to POSITIONED’s career, workplace and hiring services. Read them with the service description and our Privacy and Refunds & revisions policies before purchasing.

What you are purchasing
Each service page describes its inputs, deliverables, price and included support. Individual services may support a job search, internal progression, a move into another function or working more effectively with AI. Company services support role definition and hiring decisions. Free planning tools provide self-guided outputs. A separately scoped engagement is governed by its agreed written scope.
Prices and payment
Review the final amount, payment currency and any applicable conversion charges at checkout before paying. Eligible customers may be offered a local-currency payment option. Payment is processed by Stripe. A purchase covers the specific package selected, not every service or future upgrade. Additional work requires a separate agreement or purchase.
Your brief and delivery
Supply the information requested for your package. Preparation depends on a usable brief and, where required, a readable CV. Deliverables are provided digitally through your private file and the stated email delivery route. Follow the delivery information shown for your package. Contact us if a confirmed payment does not provide access or your file cannot be completed.
Evidence and review
Our written outputs are based on the information you provide and may use automated processing. Human review by a POSITIONED adviser is included only where expressly stated in the purchased scope. Check names, dates, achievements and proposed wording before external use. Do not submit invented experience, qualifications or results. Suggestions and evidence gaps are not verified facts.
Decisions and outcomes
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, promotion, salary increases, successful hires or particular business results. Our services are advisory; customers remain responsible for career and hiring decisions. Hiring materials should be applied consistently to job-related evidence and do not replace your organisation’s recruitment responsibilities.
Use of your deliverables
You may use and adapt your purchased individual documents for your own career and work. Company deliverables may be used internally by the purchasing organisation. You retain rights in material you supply. You give us permission to process that material to provide the service. Our reusable templates, website content and underlying frameworks may not be resold as your own product.
Revisions and changes of scope
Positioning Rewrite ($14.99) and Executive Career Positioning ($54.99) each include one consolidated revision round for factual corrections and reasonable refinements to the included copy. A new target role, materially different brief or additional document set may need separate scope. See Refunds & revisions for technical failures and other requests.
Monthly memberships
Career Move is $49.99/month, Adviser is $149.99/month and Career Progress is $9.99/month, renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel in your career workspace or billing portal to stop the next renewal. Paid access lasts through the paid period; saved work remains exportable afterwards. To change plans, cancel and choose the new plan after the current one ends. No automatic switch to another paid plan occurs after you find a job.
Move and Adviser include 6 application, 3 interview, 1 offer and 1 transition pack per paid month. Progress includes 1 monthly pack, replaced by a fuller review dossier every third paid month. Allowances reset after successful renewal and do not roll over. Each pack includes one consolidated correction for the same brief. Technical failures do not consume allowances.
Adviser adds one focused written review and one consolidated follow-up each paid month. Target response: 3 business days, Monday to Friday. Submit the follow-up within 14 days of the response. Requests submitted during paid access are completed even if you cancel. Calls, unlimited messaging and review of every pack are not included. Failed renewals do not extend the paid access period.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Service improvements will not remove the substance of a service already purchased.
